Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return:

- Please note that returns must be shipped to: unit 3/1 Stonny Batter Rd, Pembroke Business Park, Minto New South Wales 2566, Australia.
- We will send you a return shipping label and instructions if your return is approved.
- Items sent back without prior return request will not be accepted.

- In-store returns are available.
Obtaining a Return Shipping Label:
- Defective products: Download and print a label. (Free return shipping)
- Customer remorse: You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Return Fees:
- Defective products: Free return shipping and no restocking fee.
- Customer remorse: You are responsible for the actual cost of return shipping and a $10 restocking fee.
Exchanges:
While you cover the return shipping cost to send the original item back to us, we'll send your new item free of charge! This offer is limited to one exchange per order.
Non-Returnable Clearance Items:
Please choose carefully with your "Clearance" purchases, as all sales for these items are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any items listed in our "Clearance" collection (available at https://theuggbarn.com/collections/clearance)
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional processing time by your bank or credit card company.
If 15 business days have passed since your return approval, please contact us at contact@theuggbarn.com.
Order Cancellation Policy
If the order is cancelled because of unavailability or any other reason, we will refund the full amount to the bank card.
